Questions owners ask us.
How much does Airbnb property management cost in Houston?
Full-service short-term rental management in the Houston area commonly runs 20% or more of booking revenue. Our Co-Hosting plan is 12% and Full-Service Management is 15%. Cleaning is covered by the guest cleaning fee, and repairs and supplies are billed at cost on your statement.
What's the difference between the 12% and 15% plans?
Only two things. Full-Service adds an inspection by our quality coordinators after every turnover, and we handle restocking. Everything else, from your listing on Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com to pricing, 24/7 guest messaging, cleaning, maintenance and your monthly statement, is included in both.
Do I need a permit to run an Airbnb in Houston?
Yes. Since January 1, 2026, short-term rentals inside Houston city limits need a City of Houston certificate of registration, renewed yearly, and the registration number must appear on your listings. Suburbs like Katy, Cypress and Sugar Land have their own rules, and many neighborhoods have HOA or deed restrictions. We check all of this before launch.
Can you convert my long-term rental into an Airbnb?
Yes. We'll estimate short-term revenue against your current rent, quote any furnishing you need, and handle the launch. If the numbers don't work, we'll tell you.
I just bought a property. Can you furnish it?
Yes. Property setup and furnishing is quoted per property after a call. We've launched 250+ Airbnb homes since 2021.
